We (hopefully) are all aware: you won’t magically get ab lines & lose all of your stomach fat by doing 5 crunches. If only it had been that simple haha. But let us make certain our line is readyyyy underneath the “soft pillows”. Being ready is definitely advantageous, we’re ready for now we see individuals muscles.

To determine, ab lines you have to:

▸ have strong abdominal muscles. Especially obliques (the edges), but additionally upper, lower and middle abs. It’s essentially only possible having a combination in the areas.
