Bottle / Weight:
1. You should use anything between .5 – 4kg.
2. I wouldn’t state that „the heavier, the better“! You should also contain the weight together with your arms, not your abs – remember 😀
▸ The bottle / weight adds EXTRA RESISTANCE, forcing our muscles to develop more powerful. It’s usually best to switch up, to help keep seeing results!

▸ Let me tell you immediately: You will find SIDE PLANKS 😀 only very short within the finish though – not very bad! Just consider your toned waist & time marches on by 🙂

▸ Ab Holds: Make certain to maintain your Back flat around the pad. Only decrease your legs so far as possible, so that your back isn’t lifting from the pad!
▸ Neck: Don’t crunch together with your neck, raise your body with the effectiveness of your tummy! 😀 this reduces neck discomfort.
▸ Side Planks: If individuals ones are extremely hard, execute a Half Side Plank rather. Knees are on the ground, ft are on the ground, hip is lifted 🙂
