I’d difficulty developing this workout 😀

I needed to possess a killer BURN within my abs, with no fast movements and without having to be too intense. I needed to possess a calm workout, that’s nice for any “slow” day, before going to sleep in order to awaken your body. OR on super hot summer time days (hi August, you are feeling just like a sauna).

The initial few minutes are extremely sixpack-focused, later on make certain on overall core strength as well as in the finish we calm lower with stretching ♥︎

PS: 36°C basically we were filming. I had been sweating soooo much haha.

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you are accustomed to it right now I suppose) and never much space needed 🙂 Should you prefer a break tho – go! Just never give up!
