This workout:

▸ doesn’t have Squats, Lunges, Jumps, Burpees or anything similar. I promise, you will not sweat 😀

▸ is Low Impact and incredibly Knee-Friendly. Things are lower on the ground too.

▸ begins with ABS. A few momemts without breaks, to actually make our little sixpacks burn 🙂

▸ continues with BOOTY. 1 butt oral cavity at any given time. When we are through with one for reds, we transition to another one and repeat exactly the same combination.

▸ has completely new exercises! Butterfly Hip Lifts, Figure 4 Lifts & Kickbacks for that Booty, etc. – tell me the way you like them & basically will include them later on workouts too 🙂
