This „Full Body Cardio“ Routine is

▸ less extreme as my HIIT videos

▸ full of fancy-schmancy exercises. If you’re frustrated by fundamental Lunges and Knees, you’ll such as this one!

▸ sweaty and certainly will get your heartbeat up, however it won’t kill you

▸ a combination between aerobic workouts, strength movements and active rests (Planks)

PS: no Jump Squats, no Burpees!! … but plenty of Roll Ins haha

▸ calories expended are between 60-110kcal, based on unwanted weight, height & level of fitness!
