I am SO EXCITED That You Should Check It Out!!! ♥︎ I really like this Dance Workout increasingly more each time I actually do it. It’s soooo fun & even Dennis helped creating some moves / Anzeige

This routine makes me more than pleased, I possibly could also refer to it as the “Endorphins Hurry Dance Workout” haha.

▸ the finish is super sweaty & high energy! May be my personal favorite part. This really will get me rate up and burns lots of calories too!

▸ dance moves have been in between easy & advanced. Just the 3rd song (Ava Max – Christmas Without You) will need 2-3x until you obtain the spend time from the choreography.

▸ placed on a grin & you are all set to go ♥︎

Don’t be concerned if you cannot follow everything perfectly at first. You will get the spend time from it after doing the work a couple of times – I am sure!! 🙂

▸ I burned 75kcal doing the work. Based on unwanted weight, height & level of fitness – this could vary between 60-140kcal.
