The background music is super awesome & it’s certainly a powerful and sweaty Dance Cardio Routine – but for whatever reason I’ve more energy later on than ever before 😀 Plus, you do not observe that you probably did 100 squats during individuals 10min. I understand – sneaky.

The moves tend to be more “classic” compared to ones of the dance workout, simpler to follow along with & certainly more high energy from start till finish. I think you’ll enjoy it!
