The workouts are slow, but nonetheless intense. No Jumping involved (and for that reason extremely neighbor friendly haha). The SLOW SPEED provides you with a lot room to do everything concentrated, considering the precise muscles you need to train.
We perform each exercises for 30s, adopted with a 10s break. You are able to already begin to see the next exercise & psychologically get ready for it.
PS: ask your husband or boyfriend to participate! That one is certainly not just for all of us women 🙂
