I understand, this is another love-hate-relation ship. But may, I truly seem like pushing myself towards the limits, breaking a significant sweat and feeling absolutely AMAZING later on.

That one even has me battling (a small bit haha). Personally i think like I am burning calories for an additional 20min even though it already stated “congratulations” haha.

This workout:

1. is really a mix from “QUICK MOVEMENTS” and “ACTIVE BREAKS”.

You’ll find Elbow Planks & High Planks Planks among all of the quick movements. Almost seems like a rest, bear in mind to help keep the main strength!
