I understand, there exists a love-hate relationship to my 15min HIIT workout. Me too, The truth is that that.

A 10min routine was certainly missing on my small funnel! Still a killer, still burning plenty of calories, still breaking a sweat.. but: it is just ten minutes 😀

This workouts are:

1. Full Of BASICS.

Nothing too fancy, nothing too dancy. Ask your husband or boyfriend to participate! They will not have to shake their sides with this one.

2. a combination from “QUICK MOVEMENTS” and “ACTIVE BREAKS”.

You’ll find Dolphin Holds & Planks among all of the quick movements. Almost seems like a rest, bear in mind to help keep the main strength 😀


For whatever reason it does not drag me lower – but instead provides me with MORE energy! Could also be the background music though.

incidentally: NO LUNGES.


Should you struggle or require a break: don’t be concerned about this. Have a small rest, go to consume & continue once you are ready 🙂 most significant is you never give up and push yourself.

▸ Based on your level of fitness, weight and height you’ll burn between 70-130 kcal.

I burned about 80kcal in individuals 10min (that is a lot for me personally, I am a little human and that i normally burn about 250kcal inside a 1h session).
