This routine targets the interior area of the surface of your legs = the interior THIGHS.

▸ You may think they’re a little shaky & difficult to target during normal leg days. That’s normal!! It’s a little muscle that’s usually secondary.

▸ With slow and concentrated exercises, we are able to awaken individuals muscles & make sure they are more tight and toned 🙂

▸ Additionally, you will train them better, should you continue additional leg workouts later on.

▸ This works amazing like a „finisher“ after your leg day. To make certain individuals inner thighs is going to be soooore tomorrow!

PS: I filmed this workout completely by myself! My thoughts was busy with „s**t I really hope the main focus continues to be correct“ & „its so windy I am unable to hear the beep“ 😀 😀 the recording switched out nice though, lucky me!!
