This routine combines STRENGTH exercises for thighs, hamstrings & booty with a few CARDIO / HIIT movements like Lunges, High Knees and Mountain Climbers.

I reallyyyy we do hope you such as this combo! I believe it’s ideal for a powerful Leg Day or perhaps a Fat Burning Supplement Day. It’s fairly simple (it did not kill me, it will not kill you haha) but it is still a burner. The background music is extremely motivating too!
