a brand new DANCE WORKOUT to R&B music! I understand I only say this each time, however i think this can be probably the most fun in the my dance workouts 😀

I’m able to even imagine carrying this out after any type of workout session, just to possess a sweaty finish!

▸ a combination between sexy & awesome

▸ dance moves are a little more advanced

▸ you gotta discover the choreography for “Low” (3rd Song). Used to do an Instagram voting and 85% stated they are able to nail this, when they see it a few occasions haha!! In my opinion in everyone.

▸ the finish is sooooooo sweaty. May be my personal favorite part! Much like “Hey Mama” in our Happy Dance Workout 🙂

▸ Ciara, Flo Rida and a few beautiful Oldies.. they brighten my mood!

Don’t be concerned if you cannot follow everything perfectly at first. You will get the spend time from it after doing the work a couple of times – I am sure!! 🙂

PS: we’d to film this 4 occasions until I finally nailed it haha. Dennis was … not amused.
