Exactly what do we train?

▸ BOOTY: Relax during all of the Squats, keeping the weight in your heel. Activate at the receiving end cheekbones to push yourself up again & squeeze them tight at the very top position. Also focus on keep the knees STABLE and never allow them to collapse inwards on the way up. Important!

▸ THIGHS: Big Inner Leg focus for the Sumo squats.

▸ CALVES: individuals parts almost seem like an escape haha!!! A small muscle, that I am inclined to neglect myself. However I benefit from the burn a great deal 🙂

▸ different Ft POSITIONS, therefore we train every side of our sexy legs. Switching positions is usually a good choice to hit your muscle mass form all angles!
