Everyone starts somewhere & my other workouts require suuuper strong abdominal muscles (and neck muscles haha). Personally i think such as this routine is harder compared to Beginner Ab Workout, and so i would say this really is between Beginner & Medium Level.

Perfect to develop your strength before you decide to jump into individuals killer videos on my small funnel!

And listen.. it offers BREAKS! 😀

(If you think it’s too easy using the breaks: just continue the final exercise throughout the break & jump in to the new movement one after i begin with it too)

▸ always Consider your abdominal muscles while performing the movements. That’s the easiest method to engage them and never use the effectiveness of your thighs an excessive amount of.

▸ when we lay lower on the back, keep the back flat on the floor

▸ help you stay body in a single parallel line towards the floor throughout the planks. No butts sticking in mid-air please!
