10 MIN TRAINED WAIST – Medium Level, for toned side abs / No Equipment I Pamela Reif

Finally a MEDIUM Level workout, that isn’t soooo difficult 🙂 we’ll train along side it areas of our tummy: for any trained and toned waist ♥︎

This routine focusses on stomach crunches, that concentrate on your obliques. All sorts of side crunch variations (I believe I acquired really creative here haha) and a few (easy) side planks for that ultimate burn.

If You Wish To: you may also perform the hard side plank version (this is not on the knees, but in your ft).

No Equipment necessary, no breaks and never much space needed 🙂 Should you prefer a break tho – go! Just never give up!
