I understand HIIT and Cardio is really a love-hate relation ship for many people. This video is without a doubt intense – however i think it is sooooo a lot more fun than the usual regular method of doing Cardio! I do not observe that I am breathless before the finish.

The moves tend to be more “classic” compared to ones of the dance workout, simpler to follow along with & certainly more high energy from start till finish. I think you’ll appreciate it!
