We’ll train upper abs, lower abs & side abs! That is why we want 15min – we gotta perform the whole factor 🙂 I tested this routine a few occasions already and that i Like It.

No excuses guys, grab a towel or yoga pad and join me with this quick & intense session. Can’t wait to create individuals abs burrrrrn!
