Listen, cardio is certainly NOT boring in the current routine! I’d the optimum time creating & filming this video. Felt just a little shy initially, but soon after side steps I had been certainly singing along. Thankfully we take away the original seem lol.

After I did this routine 4x consecutively (testing my workouts needs time to work) I burned the equivalent calories when i normally do throughout the other workouts!!!

Also nevermind the exercise names haha. The “Wood Chopper” should prefer to be known as the “Travolta Qantas Video”.


No The equipment & you are able to follow everything I actually do for thirty seconds. We do not have breaks – but I am confident they are simply not essential here. This really is Beginner Friendly! 🙂
