another DANCE WORKOUT to oldies music (PS: my parents were again secretly grooving after i chose “their type of” music). I needed to this the “90s Workout” until I observed that “We’re Family” by Sister Sledge isn’t in the 90s lol.

Fun to determine how I am not really shy any longer doing (silly) dances while watching camera. I improved compared to my first dance workout haha!

I’m sure that one includes a litttleeee more complex dance moves, compared to my older Dance Cardio Workout. But you will get the spend time from it after doing the work once – I am sure!! 🙂
