▸ we train our abs all angles, booty, thighs, chest, upper & back, arms and shoulders

▸ nothing intense, no squats, no jumps, no high knees – only a few very couple of mountain climbers at least hihi :)))

▸ … but don’t be misled, this workouts are still very intense!
