
Indeed, a totally NEW workout, appropriate for novices ♥︎ Training legs & booty – no the equipment!
I’ll explain all movements, ensuring you are able to carry out the exercises properly. I additionally tested this workout with my mother, to obtain a better feeling for that “questions” beginners might ask themselves throughout the workout 🙂
We’ll always do 40s of motion, 20s of sleep… YES – we’ve rests 😀
PS: you may also join being an Intermediate & skip the rests.
No Equipment necessary and never much space needed! Without having a yoga pad, grab a gentle towel!
