30-Minute HIIT Workout to Combat Stress

Deja Riley and her husband, Jimmy, works through high-intensity exercises, including skaters and standing donkey kicks. This session is about being present and using the workout one second at any given time. Deja is putting on the Fitbit Sense smartwatch and Jimmy is putting on his Fitbit Inspire 2 to track their heart rates and active zone minutes through the workout. In the finish of the session, Deja may lead a cooldown and breathwork session that will help you decrease stress and make you feel strong and calm.
