To tell the truth: I do not stretch enough. Right now I simply have one or two (that’s positive) relaxed stretching sessions each week.
With this particular awesome lower routine, I would change my habits though 😀 Everyone has 5min following a workout. And 5min (= 10 exercises) already go a lengthy way.
We stretch the edges in our body, our legs, tummy and focus on our spine and hip mobility. No new or fancy exercises – but finally an excellent quick video we are able to stay with 😀
Let us calm lower & give our physiques some love inside a different of way.
