I learned to like stretching sooooo much! I did not stretch regularly about last year. This influenced by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for extended, I began getting discomfort within my knees, etc.

Now, I truly expect to some short stretch following a session. It is so relaxing, the background music calms me lower and you’ll rapidly see enhancements 🙂
