Based on your level of fitness, weight and height you’ll burn between 60-110 kcal.

I burned about 70kcal in individuals 10min (remember, I am a little human and my body system has already been adapted to plank jumps and jump squats haha).

Should you struggle or require a break: don’t be concerned about this. Have a small rest, go to consume & continue once you are ready 🙂 most significant is you never give up and push yourself.
