What’s this routine great for?
▸ ease neck discomfort. I incorporated lots of neck stretches at first. Small movements – big impact!
▸ correct the normal “desk position“. Mind sticking forward, shoulders rounded & most likely some discomfort or stiffness in the finish during the day.
▸ open the chest area, mobilize the spine, stretch shoulders and also the back.
▸ standing straight instantly enables you to look taller, fitter and much more confident too!
This can be done after any type of workout, after sitting at the desk for any lengthy time, each morning or prior to going to sleep 🙂 there’s no “wrong” timing here.
No The equipment. Just make a soft surface just like a yoga pad or towel 🙂 .. along with a wall haha.
