I Feel All Alone…

Earlier this month is a strange one, and should you not work on among the essential companies which are permitted to state open, much like me, you’ve been in your own home A Great Deal! That could mean that you’re spending all your time having a couple of others, or even on your own. Any social occasions we’d planned are cancelled and we’re told to isolate whenever possible to prevent multiplication from the coronavirus.

For this reason today I needed to speak about ways in which we’re able to all better manage the isolation we’re experiencing. Since it is very hard, and when i was already battling with mental health problems like anxiety or depression (or really any mental illness) the possible lack of personally therapy, organizations, connecting with other people could make our signs and symptoms and struggles a lot worse.
