Hi Kati, Let’s say I am the toxic one out of relationships and friendships? Personally i think like I am the person who self-help posts always tell people to reduce of the lives. I keep being an excessive amount of, act needy, most likely seem jealous and clingy, as well as place myself (subtly) overstepping limitations. I finish up constantly requesting reassurance – I’d rather not be ignored or abandoned. I notice I am doing all of this and pushing limitations, but fight to stop. Personally i think awful which i carry on doing it. Shall We Be Held just a terrible person, or will be there grounds I am carrying this out? (I haven’t got an adequate amount of the signs and symptoms of bpd so that it is that.) What is the method to stop carrying this out, before I finish up pushing much more people I really like away? I keep considering ways to apologise, but I am scared it might just appear manipulative and individuals I really like will appear reduced. Appreciate your videos, you’ve been getting me through lockdown and also the waiting list for cbt therapy. (If only this did not cause me to feel seem like this type of bad person in this useful and wonderful community..)”
